About me
I've been a wedding photographer since 2014, documenting weddings for more than ten years now. I capture what truly matters: images that tell your story with style and sensitivity, and that still move you years later.
My craft rests on three pillars: a clear focus on true-to-life colors, discreet work in the background, and precise direction exactly where you need it.
From the first planning conversation to the handcrafted album, I'm at your side, creating memories that don't just preserve your love, but reflect it.
My story
I first trained in a traditional trade, then went to university, then worked for an airline and traveled the world. Finally, I landed in wedding photography, a decision I couldn't be happier about.
I grew up in the aviation industry. Maybe that explains my soft spot for remarkable places, from city palaces to airplane hangars. Maybe it also explains the calm in my workflow. A wedding day has a lot in common with a flight plan: good preparation makes the difference between rush and ease.
In my free time I enjoy running outdoors, fine coffee and well-made cocktails. That's where I find the inspiration and creativity for my work.
At every wedding I'm still as focused and fired up as at my very first.
Why I do this
I shot it as a hobby photographer, for a friend. Beforehand I told him more than once to hire someone with experience. A wedding cannot be repeated, and if something goes wrong that day, it is gone. He insisted on me anyway. The images turned out well, and the two of them still look at them today.
That sense of responsibility turned into my profession. Since then I know how much rides on a single day, and that images are only worth as much as what remains of them.
A memory has to outlast the years, and it has to show how it really was. A gallery that disappears into a folder is lost. A trend filter turns your day into something it never was.
That is why I work in true colors, without presets. And that is why my work does not end with the gallery, but with an album from an Italian atelier that your children may one day leaf through.
The day after your wedding, everything is over except the two of you and the images. That is where remembering begins, and the images carry it through many years.
