Being a photographer for civil ceremonies in Vienna means capturing your day calmly, naturally and in colors that match reality. So you can relive your wedding day later exactly as you felt it.
I'm Michael, a wedding photographer from Vienna, and for more than ten years I've photographed couples at weddings across Austria, including many of the City of Vienna's dream wedding locations. The dream wedding office of the MA 63 allows civil ceremonies in relaxed, natural surroundings where you can simply let go.
I stay in the background, read your dynamic and only give you impulses where you need them. What remains are images in which you recognize yourselves.

Civil wedding photography: the process
A no-obligation chat about your wishes, your story and your timeline. You get clarity on how everything works and can check whether the chemistry is right.
Calm coverage at your side. I stay in the background while things unfold on their own, and give gentle, clear direction only where you need it, such as couple portraits and group photos.
Within 24 hours you receive a selection of the most beautiful images. After 14 days the complete gallery follows. You relive your wedding while the feelings are still fresh.
On request we design your handcrafted album from an Italian atelier. A one-of-a-kind piece that preserves your story for generations to come.
If you like, we'll meet again: for your anniversary, a family session, or when the big celebration follows your civil ceremony later on.

Photographic coverage of your civil ceremony in Vienna starts at a flat 990 euros. Included are up to two hours of coverage, the ceremony, family and group photos, couple photos, an online gallery, first images the very next day and digital files for download.
Don't worry, most couples tell me that beforehand. At the registry office things move quickly anyway, you're busy with the ceremony and barely notice the camera. For the photos afterwards I guide you calmly, so natural images emerge.
Within 24 hours of the ceremony you receive a sneak peek. The complete gallery with all images follows after 14 days, guaranteed.
In addition to photography you can book a wedding teaser of around 3 to 5 minutes. For a registry office ceremony that means the ceremony, the ring exchange and the congratulations as a short film. I'm happy to show you an example in a personal meeting.
At the registry office the start shifts more often than you'd think. You can book additional hours at any time, each additional hour costs 270 euros. I'll actively check with you as soon as overtime comes up and get your approval.
At the registry office the essential part happens indoors anyway. For the photos afterwards I know the covered corners around Vienna's ceremony rooms, plus a transparent umbrella as a prop. We discuss this in advance so you can relax, whatever the weather.
